About Us
Randi McMasters, EA, is a small business tax return and accounting specialist. She has a BS in Business Finance, worked as a controller for a small business and has owned Quality Returns, Inc., for over 17 years.
Randi has also been an instructor at De Anza and West Valley Colleges for individual/ business tax and accounting classes and specializes in complex tax returns.
Rosemary Whitaker is the latest member of our team. In the business world for over 30 years, she excels at customer service and is knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Quicken Training. She is studying to become a California certified tax preparer.
